The Peterboro is excited for the next event in their monthly food & beverage dinner series. This month (January), we are happy to extend a warm welcome to Greenbush Brewing Co. from Sawyer, MI. We'll be offering a four course menu from Chef Brion Wong, paired with some of Greenbush's finest and most exclusive beers, including their highly sought-after 'Delusion' Imperial Cream Stout that has been aged in whiskey barrels.
